Marco Salvatore

Marco Salvatore (Como, 28 December 1965) is an Economy and Commerce graduate of the Catholic University of Milan. He is on the Register of Statutory Auditors and is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Milan, where he sits on the Wealth Planning Commission (having been the founder and chairman) and the Corporate Law commission. He is also an advisor to the Milan Foundation of Chartered Accountants. He began his career in 1991 at Henkel Italiana S.p.A., followed by collaborations with various legal and tax practices, including as a partner. In December 2018 he founded LeXat Legal & Tax advisory. In the course of his professional activities he has dealt with ordinary and extraordinary corporate and tax consultancy, including for M&A and reorganisations of industrial and financial groups.
Since 2008 he has been a standing auditor of the Issuer, and since 2021 of Intermonte SIM.
