Federico Sala

Federico Sala (Milan, 18 April 1975) is an Economy and Commerce graduate of the Catholic University of Milan. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Milan and provides corporate and tax consultancy for property and industrial firms as well as major multinational groups with a particular focus on company valuations, and the taxation of dividends, interest, and royalties.

Since 2020 he has been an alternate auditor of the Issuer and since 2021 of Intermonte SIM.
