Francesca Paramico Renzulli

Francesca Paramico Renzulli was born in Naples on 18th April 1972. She graduated in Law from Università Federico II di Napoli and subsequently obtained a licence to practise law. In 1998 she gained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She began her career in London at Clifford Chance legal firm, then continued to practise law at leading international legal firms.
In 2014, she entered the Anima Holding S.p.A. group as General Counsel, becoming a Director at Anima Holding S.p.A. and then its subsidiary Anima SGR S.p.A. In 2018 she entered the Nexi group, where she is currently Head of Group Corporate Governance.
Since 2021 she has been an Independent Director of the Issuer.
