Niccolò Leboffe

Niccolò Leboffe (La Spezia, 29 October 1977) is a graduate of Luigi Bocconi University of Milano in Business Economics with a specialisation in corporate finance. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Milan and is on the Register of Statutory Auditors. He began his career in 2001 at Poli e Associati S.r.l. where he rose to become a member of the board. Over the years he has performed consultancy for medium and large Italian companies, banking foundations, and Italian and foreign private equity funds in regard to M&A, debt restructuring, recapitalisations, capital markets, and company valuations, including in court and arbitration proceedings. In 2019 he founded LM Studio.

Since 2017 he has been a standing auditor of Intermonte SIM and since 2021 a standing auditor of the Issuer.
