Alessia Keissidis

Alessia Keissidis, born in Parma on July 21, 1977, currently registered with the Milan Bar Association, has been practicing Law for over 20 years. She is specialized in Insurance Law, Regulatory, Cyber Risk, and Anti-Money Laundering. Since 2018, she has gained expertise in Corporate Governance as an independent non-executive director, always in regulated and supervised entities. She obtained Law degree in 2001 (University of Parma) and was admitted to the Parma Bar Association in 2004. After gaining experience with leading international law firms, she opened her own boutique in 2016, specializing in the aforementioned practice areas. She currently provides independent consultancy and litigation activities for primary international Insurance Groups and has published several articles on Whistleblowing. She has undertaken study programs at King's College London, completed advanced training studies at ABI on risks and control processes of the Bank (2020), and on Anti-Money Laundering (2024), and completed the executive education program "TEB - The Effective Board" at AIDC Milan (2022). She is a member of the NED Community. She practiced track and field at a competitive level until 2007.

Since 2024, she has been an independent director of the Issuer.
