Andrea Ragaini

Director

Andrea Ragaini was born in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan) on June 2, 1966. After graduating with honors in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan, he began his professional career in 1990 at Credito Artigiano S.p.A.

In 1996, he joined Banca Cesare Ponti S.p.A. as Head of the Finance Department, later becoming General Manager and CEO. Between 2009 and 2015, he served as Central Manager at Banca Carige, where he established and coordinated the Group's Private Banking Department.

Since July 2015, he has been at Banca Generali, where he currently serves as Deputy General Manager with responsibility for the Private Banking Division and the Wealth and Asset Management Department. Alongside his banking career, he has served as President of the Italian Private Banking Association (AIPB) since 2022 and is an adjunct professor at LIUC Carlo Cattaneo University.

Since 2025, he has further enhanced his institutional profile by joining Intermonte's Board of Directors as a director.
