Valentina Bassi

Valentina Bassi graduated with honors in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in 1998, and subsequently earned a Master's degree in Financial Management and Markets from LUISS Management in 1999.

Her professional career began in July 1999 at Valentino, Jacobelli & Partners, where she worked in financial markets law, regulatory authorizations for investment firms (SIM and SGR), and internal audit and compliance services. From 2001 to 2012, she worked with two law firms in the Capital Markets practice: Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners (2001-2006) as an Associate and subsequently Senior Associate, and Labruna, Mazziotti, Segni (2006-2012) as a Managing Associate.

Since November 2012, she has served as Counsel at Manzone Law Firm, where she is responsible for operations and day-to-day assistance regarding the regulation of banking, financial, securities, and insurance intermediaries.

From 2013 to 2017, she also worked with King & Wood Mallesons Law Firm, also on banking and financial intermediary law matters.

In 2025, she joined the Board of Directors of Intermonte as an Independent Director.
