Manuela Mezzetti
Independent Director
Manuela Mezzetti was born in Milan on 7th February 1960. She graduated in Business Administration from Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University, specialising in Finance. She began her career in 2000 at Citibank N.A., Milan, where over ten years she covered various roles within the company’s Treasury Department. At the same time she participated in the foundation of Secofind S.r.l., one of the leading multi-family offices in Italy, where she was first Chief Executive Officer, then Chair of the Board of Directors and subsequently completed the transformation of SecoFind S.r.l. into a SIM. In 2009 she founded Mezzetti Advisory Group S.r.l. in which she acted as Sole Director, and from 2013 she was a Director, and the Chairman of the Control and Risk, Associates and Sustainability Committee of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A.
Since 2021 he has been an Independent Director of the Issuer.
