Massimo Della Ragione

Chairman

Massimo Della Ragione graduated cum laude from Bocconi University in 1989 with a degree in Finance.

Immediately after graduation, Della Ragione joined Credito Italiano in the Corporate Finance department in Milan. Subsequently, in 1994, he joined the Investment Banking team at JP Morgan, where he rose to become Managing Director. In 2006, he continued his career at Goldman Sachs, where in 2010 he became an Investment Banking Partner and Country Coordinator for Italy.

Since 2021, he has also been a Professor in the Finance Department at Bocconi University, where he teaches Investment Banking, Innovation, and Fintech. He is also Head of Digital Tech at Bocconi for Innovation (B4i).

He currently sits on the boards of Intrum Italy Holding (2024-YTD, Chairman), Intrum Italy S.p.A (2024-YTD, Vice Chairman), Lunelli S.p.A (2024-YTD), Prima Assicurazione (2024-YTD, Vice Chairman), and the Board of Directors of Intermonte.

In 2025, he joined the Board of Directors of Intermonte as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
