Alessandro Chieffi

Alessandro Chieffi was born in Cremona on 18th May 1964. He gained a degree in Law from Parma University and subsequently obtained a licence to practise law; he was guest lecturer in Corporate Governance at Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University.

He began his career at Cariplo S.p.A. (now Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A) in 1989, and over the years he practised law at Credito Agrario Bresciano S.p.A., Borsa Italiana and subsequently at leading legal firms.

Since 2021 he has been an Independent Director of the Issuer.
